We will send you an email and sms confirming your order to your registered email address and mobile phone number.

We usually ship all orders within 2-3 weeks after order confirmation. If you live in India, kindly allow three to  seven working days for the courier. If you live outside India, your package will take a minimum of 14 working days to reach you once shipped.  The time taken varies depending on imports and customs procedures, which are out of our hands.

We always aim to make sure our customers love our products, but if you do need to return an order, and the reason for return aligns with our return policy, we are happy to help. Just email us directly and we’ll take you through the process.

You, or an authorized person, can receive your order on your behalf. We record the name and signature of whoever receives your order.
